With two decades of overall experience, working in top MNCs and as a freelancer, in the Coaching, Training, Learning, Development, Management of People & Processes, and Internal Communication & Branding sector, my focused industry experience and functional expertise goes beyond training, coaching, and consulting. I have created Training departments and teams for Amazon at 5 countries and 7 Support Centres, led & managed global learning teams & departments as a Learning/Training Manager, and have been a People Manager.
